Research & Decision Intelligence

KNOW · DECIDE · SHARE

Source-verified research and intelligence for founders and leadership teams.

Bring a market, competitor, research, monitoring, or decision question. KTC defines WHAT to examine, WHY you need the intelligence — KNOW, DECIDE, SHARE, or a combination — and HOW to answer it using the appropriate evidence and methods. The result stays source-linked, uncertainty remains visible, and a next step is added when useful.

Engagement grammar

WHAT · WHY · HOW

SOURCE

Traceable underlying evidence

SIGNAL

Material fact, change or observable trigger

INTERPRETATION

Why the evidence may matter

IMPLICATION

Decision relevance and meaning of the evidence

Buyer jobs

Three ways to use KTC intelligence

One evidence engine, three fundamental jobs. They are not a funnel: an engagement may serve one or combine them.

KNOW — Be informed

Build an evidence-backed view of what is happening, changing, true, or uncertain. Examples include market and competitor monitoring, research briefs, science watch, customer and public voice, and recurring signal radars.
Typical output: source-linked brief, radar or change log at the agreed cadence.

DECIDE — Make a decision

Turn evidence into decision-ready options, criteria, trade-offs and priorities. Recommendations or a Strategic POV are added only when separately scoped. Examples include market validation, market entry, competitor or pricing questions, and target/account prioritisation.
Typical output: bounded Decision Screen or decision-ready brief.

SHARE — Communicate it

Turn what is known or decided into evidence-backed material another audience can understand and use. Examples include executive briefs, evidence packs, talking points, research-to-content opportunities, and structured communication material.
Typical output: executive brief, evidence pack, talking points or research-to-content material.

WHAT · WHY · HOW

How it works

WHAT

Define the question and scope

Define the subject, question, universe, geography or language, source boundaries and what counts as in or out.

WHY

Clarify the job

Choose one or more jobs: KNOW, DECIDE, SHARE. Define who will use the result, what useful means and the acceptance criteria.

HOW

Choose methods and evidence

Select the research, monitoring, comparison, forecasting or scenario work, scoring, and synthesis that fit the question; keep assumptions, limitations and uncertainty explicit.

Execution loop

01

Collect and map evidence

Gather the agreed sources and observations against the defined WHAT, keeping provenance and cutoff or cadence visible.

02

Verify and separate

Check sources and contradictions; keep observed facts, modelled outputs, analyst judgment, missing information and uncertainty distinct.

03

Synthesise for the WHY

Shape the evidence for KNOW, DECIDE or SHARE without silently changing the question or overstating certainty.

04

Deliver and close

Return the brief, radar, decision material or communication artifact. Add a NEXT STEP when it helps operationally; it is not a fourth core job.

REAL KTC SELF-CLIENT WORK / SAMPLE

KTC Buyer Demand Radar — Sample 01

This is real KosovTeam self-client intelligence work, not client work. Public buyer requirements are captured as source-linked evidence, then translated into product and service decisions while keeping source, signal, interpretation and implication separate.

01 · Market validation as a focused decision

SOURCE — public buyer brief (captured in the KTC evidence record; the original marketplace listing is no longer available) asking for raw data, methodology, scenarios and an independent GO / CONDITIONAL GO / NO-GO conclusion.
SIGNAL — the buyer values a decision package with evidence and reasoning that can be checked, not generic research volume.
INTERPRETATION — evidence quality, methodology and uncertainty are part of the acceptance criteria.
IMPLICATION — KTC Market Validation should end in a focused decision with assumptions and next evidence visible.

02 · Evidence discipline is itself a buyer requirement

SOURCEpublic competitive-intelligence brief requiring source links/screenshots, methodology, assumptions and limitations, with unsupported claims explicitly out of bounds.
SIGNAL — source traceability and evidence separation are deliverable features, not back-office hygiene.
INTERPRETATION — observed evidence, platform-modelled data and analyst judgment should not be blended.
IMPLICATION — KTC competitive intelligence exposes the evidence contract directly in the output.

03 · Why-now / why-not beats a contact list

SOURCEpublic account-intelligence brief asking whether each account deserves attention now, the strongest trigger, the argument against and the relevant buyer role.
SIGNAL — prioritisation logic is bought separately from list building.
INTERPRETATION — decision usefulness comes from current triggers, counterarguments and evidence-backed rationale.
IMPLICATION — KTC Account Trigger Radar ranks only after the evidence contract is defined; outreach remains out of scope.

Limits of this sample: it shows real public buyer evidence and KTC’s decision logic. It does not prove market size, KTC-specific willingness to pay, client outcomes or validated recurring-delivery economics. Human QA time and disagreement rates are still being measured.

Why KosovTeam

Evidence contract first

The question, scope, sources, methodology, assumptions, limitations and acceptance criteria are explicit before conclusions are promoted.

Source traceability

Important findings remain tied to evidence. Observed evidence, modelled data, analyst judgment, uncertainty and missing information are not silently blended.

AI-assisted, human-reviewed

Automation expands coverage and consistency where it helps; human review stays where factual accuracy, contradiction handling and judgment matter.

Reusable evidence memory

For recurring questions, source maps and change history accumulate context so the next brief starts from known evidence rather than from zero.

Proof standard

Evidence before claims

  • No invented client logos or testimonials.
  • No project relationship claim without verifiable wording.
  • Important findings stay tied to evidence.
  • Uncertainty and limitations stay visible.

Discuss a question

Bring the question that matters.

Send the question you’re working through, the context you already have, and whether the goal is to KNOW, DECIDE, SHARE — or combine them. KTC will define the evidence scope, method and output from there.
